We are excited to offer an in office dental benefit program for our patients that do not have dental insurance. This program allows patients to receive optimal dental care while maintaining their oral health. This plan has been very popular with our patients and has helped many save money on dental care.
Basic Plan – $49/month
- 2 cleanings per year
- X-rays
- 2 Routine exams
- 1 Emergency visit
- 2 Fluoride treatments
- 20% off on all services (exclusions apply)
Children 14 Years and Under – $40/month
Basic Plan Plus – $57/month
Add an additional cleaning to your Basic Plan for $100
(includes a free fluoride treatment)
Periodontal Plan 1 – $69/month
- 3 Periodontal cleanings per year
- X-rays
- 2 Routine exams
- 1 Emergency visit
- 2 Fluoride treatments
- 20% off on all services (exclusions apply)
Periodontal Plan 2 – $79/month
- 4 Periodontal cleanings per year
- X-rays
- 2 Routine exams
- 1 Emergency visit
- 2 Fluoride treatments
- 20% off on all services (exclusions apply)
Plan Exclusions
- Care Credit Customers are only allowed 10% discount on services due to hidden fees by Care Credit.
- Services excluded from the 20% discount include Invisalign, Whitening, and in office products.
- Program is not transferable.
- Fees are credited toward cleanings and exams only. They cannot be used for payment of other dental work.
- This plan cannot be combined with any other discount plans or insurance plans.
- For monthly billing plans, members must pay inital enrollment fee before starting monthly payments.
- Treatment must be paid for at the time of service to receive the 20% Proofdiscount.
