Sheila – Hygienist
Sheila is an Idaho native. She graduated from ISU with her degree in Dental Hygiene in 1997. Prior to that she worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Gordon Croft. When she is not exploring the wilderness hiking or camping with her husband and their grown girls, she is gardening and raising her chickens.
Rae – Hygienist
Rae has been caring for patients in the dental field since 2009, starting her career as a dental assistant before becoming a dental hygienist in 2017. After completing her education in Idaho, she found her passion in helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through personalized care and education. Rae enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and strives to make every visit comfortable and positive. Outside the office, she loves traveling, attending live theater, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Nanci – Hygienist
Nanci loves the environment of meeting new people and working as a team. She is friendly and very thorough in the care she provides. Nanci immigrated proudly to the United States of America approximately 30 years ago from China and is fluent in Mandarin. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) and has been for 15 years providing good care in a professional, caring and friendly manner. She was fortunate to be a stay at home mother during her son’s teenage years and he is now attending medical school. She loves working as a hygienist and being at Northwest Dental Center. The organization is patient-centered providing excellent high quality care by a great interdisciplinary and supportive dental team led by our highly skilled, caring and professional dentists.
Berna – Hygienist
With seven years of experience as a dental hygienist, Berna is passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care and helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their dental visits. As a bilingual team member, she is grateful for the opportunity to connect with and serve a diverse range of patients while making communication easier and more comfortable. Known for her gentle approach during dental cleanings, she strives to create a relaxing experience while providing thorough, high-quality care. Berna enjoys building relationships with her patients while educating them on the importance of maintaining lifelong oral health. Outside of the office, she is a proud wife and mother of five daughters. She loves spending time with her family, gardening, camping, and creating new adventures outdoors. She feels grateful to be part of a profession that allows herself to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Jennii – Hygienist
Jennii has been in the dental field since 1999 and has lived in Boise since 2007. She graduated from Sacramento State with a BS in Biology, an AS in Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene, an AS in Human Intelligence, Military Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Homeland Security. She is a veteran who loves to serve her community. Her goal with patient care is to educate, comfort, and provide gentle care without judgement. She wants patients to feel comfortable in taking intentional time outside of their chaotic lives and pause to take care of themselves. She is spiritual and loves to cultivate a calm ambience with her plants and crystals. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her teenage son, Aiden, her friends and family, and her cat, Kitty. She loves being outdoors, going to concerts, traveling, meeting like-minded people, playing music, and creating fun memories.
Elisa – Dental Assistant
Elisa is a Boise native who began her dental career after graduating from Assist to Succeed in 2019 and now serves as the Lead Dental Assistant. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smiles while creating a welcoming experience for every visit. Outside of the office, Elisa enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
Anastasiya – Dental Assistant
Anastasiya attended the College of Western Idaho (CWI) for dental assisting. She is fluent in both English and Russian and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable while creating smiles they can be proud of. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors paddleboarding and visiting hot springs.
Carmin – Dental Assistant
Carmin was born in Venezuela and moved to Boise a few years ago, where she discovered her passion for dentistry and patient care. As a dental assistant, she is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their dental visits. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Carmin enjoys connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds and providing compassionate, personalized care. Outside the office, she loves spending quality time with her family and her cats.
Lily – Dental Assistant
Lily was born and raised in Boise, Idaho, and joined our office in 2025. As a caring dental assistant, she is dedicated to helping every patient feel comfortable, supported, and at ease throughout their visit. Lily enjoys building positive relationships with patients and takes pride in providing compassionate, attentive care while assisting the dental team in creating a welcoming experience for everyone.
Breanna – Dental Assistant
Breanna is an Idaho native. Her grandfather started Northwest Dental Center and she became interested in dentistry because of him. She has wanted to work here for many years and currently works as a sterile tech and an assistant in training. She enjoys writing, art, watching TV, and playing video games. Breanna also has a pet bird named Berry.
Roxanna – Office Manager
Roxanna is an Idaho native and a die-hard Boise State fan! She graduated from Boise State in 1986 with her Dental Assisting degree. In 2002 she joined the Northwest Dental team as a bookkeeper/receptionist, before becoming the Office Manager in 2015. She loves being a wife, mother, and grandmother to 7 grandchildren. She also enjoys supporting her family drag racing team.
Brandee – Insurance Coordinator
Brandee is our Insurance Coordinator. She grew up in Idaho and around the dental field. At a young age she decided on the career path of dentistry and started working at Northwest Dental center in 2014. Brandee is a wife and mother of two boys and one girl. Outside of work she enjoys photography, drag racing and spending time with her family.
Kayla – Treatment Coordinator
Kayla brings over 10 years of experience in dentistry, with a well-rounded background in dental assisting, patient care, insurance coordination, billing, and treatment coordination. Her experience in many areas of the practice allows her to understand the entire patient journey and help guide patients through their care with knowledge, compassion, and attention to detail.
What Kayla loves most about dentistry is the relationships she has the opportunity to build along the way. She values getting to know patients beyond their smiles and creating genuine connections and friendships that make each visit feel comfortable, personal, and welcoming.
A proud Idaho native, Kayla also spent several years living in Japan, where she developed a love for different cultures and connecting with people from all walks of life. She believes every patient deserves to feel welcomed, heard, and cared for like family.
Outside of the office, Kayla enjoys making memories with her husband, Alex, and their four children.
Jessica – Treatment Coordinator
Jessica joined our office in March 2026 as our Hygiene Coordinator. She is passionate about creating a positive experience for every patient and enjoys helping each visit run smoothly from start to finish. With her friendly, caring personality, Jessica is always happy to answer questions and help patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and her two cats.
