What to expect during porcelain veneer treatment

During the initial consultation, we’ll examine your teeth and oral health to ensure you are a suitable veneer candidate. We also establish your smile goals to help you achieve a grin you’ll cherish for years.
After the initial consultation, we start prepping your teeth by removing a precise amount of enamel (about 0.5mm) around your tooth to create room for the veneer. Then, we digitally scan your teeth to generate dental molds to be used by our ceramist to fabricate your customized veneers. Until your permanent veneers are ready, we’ll temporarily restore your prepped teeth to protect them from injuries and infections.
After two to three weeks, your veneers will be ready for placement. We’ll use a strong dental adhesive to bond them permanently to your teeth. Dental veneers can change the color, size, and shape of your teeth creating harmony with the surrounding tissues to create a healthy-looking, beautiful smile.
